As follows :
1) I acknowledge that I know that the membership fees are completely non-refundable after 48 hours have passed, and I have no right to claim .
2) Membership is for its owner only and not to give it to others, whether (brother, son, father, friend or relative) for whatever reasons.
3) The value of membership transfer is 100 riyals from a customer to a new customer. Transfer once and only the remaining period is completed.
4) The club management has the right to add and cancel some conditions in the event of offers and events, and subscriptions for the period of offers are not transferable
5) The management will not be responsible for the loss of any valuable or personal items that were kept in the boxes or cupboards of the club, and it will relinquish its responsibility for that, and the club will not bear any responsibility, compensation or complaint against the club.
6) Children under the age of 15 will not be allowed to use sauna, steam or swimming pool during the period allotted to them only.
7) Those who suffer from infectious skin diseases, open wounds, or any skin diseases, refrain from using the swimming pool, and the pool supervisor has the right to prevent them from entering.
8) Abide by the full commitment to stop practicing any activity in the club with the call to prayer.
9) The club management has the right to change and modify the club’s working hours and programs according to work requirements and without referring to the members or prior warning.
10) A one-month or two-month subscriber does not have the right to suspend subscription - a three-month subscriber has the right to suspend subscription for 14 days only.
11) A six-month subscriber has the right to stop subscription for 30 days only - a full year subscriber has the right to stop subscription for only 60 days.
12) The need to wear legitimate clothing below the knee in the iron and fitness hall, to wear legitimate swimming shorts, and to wear sports shoes in the iron hall.
13) I declare that I am healthy and ready to perform physical exercises of all kinds and that I have done the necessary medical examination and obtained medical approval from a responsible authority for my participation in the club.
14) Despite all the precautions taken to verify safety, the administration does not bear any accidents that cause injuries or death to any guest or member, and the administration disclaims its responsibility for that.
15) The membership card must be shown to the receptionist at the entrance each time or to the security guard and also to the employee of the secretariats when receiving the key to the cashier’s wheels.
16) The swimming period for those under 15 years old is not allowed to swim after the Isha prayer... and those over 15 years old are not allowed to swim after the Asr prayer, and the rest of the periods are available for all ages.
17) In the event of losing the card, 20 riyals are paid in exchange for the lost one, and 20 riyals are paid for the loss of the locker key.
18) The management of the center reserves the right to withdraw the membership of any person who violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the laws mentioned above in this request or misbehaves within the club or the instructions of the club's internal regulations. The club management has the right to cancel my subscription without asking me for any financial rights or justifications for that
19) I have read and understood the terms of membership and the special regulations, and I pledge that I will abide by the conditions and regulations issued by the administration.
